  1. Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care.
  2. Manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure high-quality care for all children.
  3. Build positive relationships with families, maintaining open and effective communication.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  5. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children and families.
  6. Conduct regular staff meetings and training to ensure staff members are knowledgeable and up-to-date on best practices in early childhood development.
  7. Monitor and maintain the budget for the child care center, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure the overall success and growth of the child care center.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to support the center and its programs.
  10. Stay informed about current trends and developments in early childhood education and implement them in the center's curriculum.
  11. Handle any disciplinary or performance issues with staff members in a fair and timely manner.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation for the center, including attendance, enrollment, and staff certifications.
  13. Ensure all health and safety standards are met and maintained, including regular facility inspections and emergency preparedness.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and respect.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided at the child care center.

Job Qualifications
