Certified Clinical Research Coordinator

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical research studies at Deaconess Health System.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and protocols.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with study sponsors, principal investigators, and other key stakeholders.
4. Screen and enroll eligible participants for clinical trials.
5. Conduct study visits and collect data from participants according to study protocols.
6. Coordinate and communicate with study team members, including physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff.
7. Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including participant records, data forms, and study files.
8. Monitor and report on study progress, including recruitment, enrollment, and data collection.
9. Collaborate with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to obtain and maintain study approvals.
10. Ensure participant safety and ethical conduct of all research activities.
11. Train and supervise research staff, including research assistants and coordinators.
12. Assist with data analysis and interpretation of study results.
13. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices in clinical research.
14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical research processes.
15. Contribute to the dissemination of study findings through presentations and publications.
