
Benefit Solutions Executive
Deaconess Health System is looking for an organized and experienced Benefit Solutions Executive to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and benefits, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an eye for detail. The Benefit Solutions Executive will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing benefits packages, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources or benefits-related role. A working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, is essential to success in this role.The Benefit Solutions Executive position is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the benefits programs of Deaconess Health System. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze benefits packages for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders. • Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions. • Establish policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor and evaluate benefit trends and cost structures. • Work with the Human Resources team to develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement. • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and benefits providers. • Use data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
