Job Description

Deaconess Health System is currently seeking a passionate, patient-focused Behavioral Health Clinic Therapist to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mental health treatment, counseling, and patient care. The Behavioral Health Clinic Therapist will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.This position requires a master’s degree in social work or a related mental health field, as well as a valid state license to practice. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is able to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based counseling and mental health treatment to patients • Develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of patients and their families • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills • Work to make a positive impact in the lives of patients and their families • Maintain valid state license to practice • Comply with all relevant regulations and standards • Keep up to date with the latest advances in mental health treatments and counseling techniques
