- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document clinical application requirements for the ambulatory setting.
- Implement and configure clinical applications to meet the needs of our ambulatory departments and clinics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to clinical applications, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of clinical applications to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Train and educate end-users on the proper use of clinical applications, promoting efficiency and compliance.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in clinical applications, making recommendations for improvement and optimization within our organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, IT staff, and vendors.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for clinical applications, providing support and guidance to colleagues and end-users.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Adhere to all security, privacy, and compliance regulations related to clinical applications and patient data.
- Continuously evaluate and improve clinical application processes and workflows, seeking opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Application Analyst Role, Preferably In An Ambulatory Setting.
Proficiency In Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems, Specifically Epic.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Clinical Staff And Other Stakeholders To Identify And Implement System Enhancements.
