1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document clinical application requirements for the ambulatory setting.
2. Implement and configure clinical applications to meet the needs of our ambulatory departments and clinics.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to clinical applications, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
4. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of clinical applications to ensure accuracy and functionality.
5. Train and educate end-users on the proper use of clinical applications, promoting efficiency and compliance.
