- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all arcade games and entertainment systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with games and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all games and equipment are in proper working condition.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide efficient and effective solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and restock as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new strategies for improving game performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the gaming industry.
- Train and mentor new Support Technicians.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all equipment is in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist with setting up and installing new games and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Technical Knowledge And Experience: The Support Technician Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Computer Hardware, Software, Networking, And Troubleshooting Techniques.
Strong Communication Skills: The Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Both Technical And Non-Technical Individuals, So The Support Technician Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Customer Service Orientation: Dave & Buster's Is Known For Its Exceptional Customer Service, And The Support Technician Plays An Important Role In Maintaining This Reputation By Providing Prompt And Helpful Support To Guests And Staff.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The Support Technician Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think Critically In High-Pressure Situations To Quickly Resolve Technical Issues.
