Provide exceptional technical support to guests: The primary responsibility of the Support Technician is to ensure that all guests receive timely and effective technical support during their visit to Dave & Buster's. This includes troubleshooting technical issues with games and equipment, providing guidance and instructions to guests, and resolving any technical problems in a professional and efficient manner.
  2. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere: As a representative of Dave & Buster's, the Support Technician is responsible for creating a friendly and welcoming environment for guests. This includes greeting guests, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their experience.
