As a Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for our arcade games, ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.   1. Provide technical support for all arcade games at the establishment.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with arcade games in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure all arcade games are in proper working condition and address any maintenance needs.
  4. Assist guests with operating the arcade games and provide guidance on how to play.
  5. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards guests at all times.
  6. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  7. Monitor and report any potential safety hazards related to the arcade games.
  8. Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for the arcade games.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling and operating arcade games.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth gaming experience for guests.
  11. Continuously stay updated on the latest technology and advancements in arcade games.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
