Job Description

Welcome to the world of fun and games at Dave & Buster's! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Support Technician to join our team. As a Support Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience by providing technical support for our gaming equipment and systems. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a strong knowledge of technology. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for troubleshooting, we want you on our team!

  1. Provide technical support for all gaming equipment and systems at Dave & Buster's.
  2. Ensure all gaming equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  3. Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management regarding technical issues and resolutions.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer service while assisting guests with technical difficulties.
  5. Keep up-to-date with new gaming technology and systems to provide the best support possible.
  6. Monitor and maintain the overall functionality and cleanliness of the gaming area.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to quickly resolve any technical issues and provide a seamless experience for guests.
  8. Document and report any technical issues or malfunctions to management.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
  10. Assist in training new technicians and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  11. Perform routine maintenance and updates on gaming equipment and systems.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience by offering suggestions and implementing new ideas.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
  15. Handle any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Hardware And Software Issues. This Includes Knowledge Of Computer Operating Systems, Network Infrastructure, And Various Software Applications.

  • Customer Service Skills: A Support Technician At Dave & Buster's Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, Therefore Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Prompt And Friendly Assistance To Customers.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Support Technician, The Candidate Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues. This Includes The Ability To Think Critically, Analyze Information, And Come Up With Creative Solutions.

  • Attention To Detail: A Support Technician Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Accurately Document And Track Technical Issues And Resolutions. This Includes Maintaining Detailed Records Of Customer Interactions And Technical Solutions.

  • Team Player: Dave & Buster's Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, Which Requires The Support Technician To Work Well In A Team Setting. The Candidate Should Possess A Positive Attitude, Be Able To Collaborate With Other Team Members, And Be Willing To Assist With Tasks Outside Of Their Primary Responsibilities.
