
Support Technician

- Provide technical support to all areas of the Dave & Buster's venue, including arcade games, kiosks, computer systems, and audio/visual equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to identify and resolve technical problems
- Monitor and maintain the functionality and cleanliness of all equipment and ensure it meets safety standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Train and assist team members on the use of new technology and equipment
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the guest experience
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Strong Technical Skills: A Support Technician At Dave & Buster's Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Computer Hardware And Software, Networking, And Troubleshooting Techniques.
