- Maintain and troubleshoot all games, equipment, and technology within the venue.
- Respond promptly to any guest concerns or technical issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members to keep them informed of any technical issues or updates.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts or equipment when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any technical questions or concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and equipment used in the venue.
- Assist with setting up and taking down games and equipment for special events or promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the IT team, to resolve technical issues and improve overall operations.
- Train and mentor new Support Technicians to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in their role.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and commitment to providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Support Technician At Dave & Buster's Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware And Software, As Well As Networking And Troubleshooting Techniques. Previous Experience In A Technical Support Role Is Preferred.
Customer Service Skills: The Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service Is Essential For A Support Technician At Dave & Buster's. This Includes Being Patient, Empathetic, And Able To Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Friendly Manner.
