Our Support Technicians are crucial in ensuring that our games, equipment, and technology are functioning properly, allowing our guests to have a memorable time.   1. Maintain and troubleshoot all games, equipment, and technology within the venue.
  2. Respond promptly to any guest concerns or technical issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  4. Communicate effectively with management and other team members to keep them informed of any technical issues or updates.
  5. Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts or equipment when needed.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any technical questions or concerns.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including following all safety protocols and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and equipment used in the venue.
  9. Assist with setting up and taking down games and equipment for special events or promotions.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as the IT team, to resolve technical issues and improve overall operations.
  11. Train and mentor new Support Technicians to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in their role.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and commitment to providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Support Technician At Dave & Buster's Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware And Software, As Well As Networking And Troubleshooting Techniques. Previous Experience In A Technical Support Role Is Preferred.

  • Customer Service Skills: The Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service Is Essential For A Support Technician At Dave & Buster's. This Includes Being Patient, Empathetic, And Able To Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Friendly Manner.
