  2. Maintain and repair gaming equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly and effectively to technical inquiries.
  4. Communicate effectively with management and team members to address and resolve any technical issues.
  5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  6. Keep up-to-date with new technology and industry developments to continuously improve technical knowledge.
  7. Assist in training new technicians on equipment and procedures.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for necessary supplies and equipment.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all gaming activities.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a positive and professional atmosphere.
  11. Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on gaming equipment.
  12. Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Provide support for special events and promotions as needed.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall guest experience by providing exceptional service and technical support.
