- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and team members to the establishment with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist guests and team members with all technical equipment, including games, kiosks, and other devices.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all games and equipment to be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Communicate with management and other team members to report and resolve any recurring technical issues.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all equipment is functioning properly and well-maintained.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and operating technical equipment.
- Train and educate team members on basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with new technology and equipment to make recommendations for improvements or updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of all technical equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall guest experience by providing exceptional service and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment by supporting and assisting team members when needed.
Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues With Computer Hardware, Software, And Peripherals.
Knowledgeable In Networking Concepts And Able To Set Up And Maintain A Stable Network Environment.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills To Effectively Assist Guests With Technical Inquiries.
Ability To Work Well Under Pressure And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Prior Experience In A Technical Support Role And/Or Technical Certifications, Such As Comptia A+, Are Preferred.
