Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Support Technician to be a part of the Dave & Buster's team. Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused problem solver with the technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair equipment in an efficient and timely manner. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will be a team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment.The Support Technician must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, a strong background in electronics and troubleshooting, and a working knowledge of various gaming and entertainment systems. A technical certification or degree is preferred, but not required. We also seek a candidate with the interpersonal and communication skills needed to effectively interact with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Listen to customer concerns, diagnose and repair equipment in a timely manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
  3. Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Monitor and maintain gaming and entertainment systems, ensuring proper functioning.
  5. Maintain a safe and tidy workspace and ensure all equipment is correctly stored and maintained.
  6. Evaluate and analyze system performance and provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  7. Remain up-to-date on current industry trends and technologies.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
