Support Technician

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Support Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster's! This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our customers, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and technical support, along with strong problem-solving skills. As a Support Technician, you will be a key player in creating a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction • Identify and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant software and hardware applications • Monitor customer feedback and take proactive action to improve customer experience • Document customer interactions in the CRM system • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Assist in developing and implementing technical support processes and procedures • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
