Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Support Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster’s. As an integral part of our team, the Support Technician will provide excellent customer service and technical support for our guests and employees. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems, and providing technical guidance to staff and guests.To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You must also be comfortable troubleshooting and repairing a variety of computer systems and be able to work a flexible schedule. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and technical support for guests and employees.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  3. Maintain computer systems.
  4. Provide technical guidance to staff and guests.
  5. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of computer systems.
  6. Maintain a flexible schedule.
  7. Answer questions and provide solutions to technical problems.
  8. Ensure all systems are running properly and efficiently.
  9. Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to customers.
  10. Monitor system performance and security.
