Dave & Buster's is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Technician to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our guests.This role is an integral part of the Dave & Buster's team and requires a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  3. Monitor and maintain computer networks to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technological advances and developments in the industry.
  6. Document and log technical issues.
  7. Assist in system installations and upgrades.
  8. Train new employees on technical processes and procedures.
  9. Monitor system performance and take corrective action as needed.
  10. Create and maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation.
