Support Technician

As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our guests and employees. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver with excellent customer service skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. 4. Track and document technical support incidents in a timely manner.
5. Monitor and maintain computer systems and software applications.
6. Stay up to date on the latest technology and products.
7. Provide training and guidance to guests and employees on use of systems and applications.
8. Follow up with guests and employees to ensure satisfaction.
9. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
10. Assist with setup and installation of new systems and applications.
