Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Technician to join the Dave & Buster's team! As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our guests and employees. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver with excellent customer service skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. If you love helping people and want to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• High School diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role• Proficiency in using computers and software applications• Excellent communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to guests and employees in a courteous and timely manner.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and accurately.
  3. Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
  4. Track and document technical support incidents in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor and maintain computer systems and software applications.
  6. Stay up to date on the latest technology and products.
  7. Provide training and guidance to guests and employees on use of systems and applications.
  8. Follow up with guests and employees to ensure satisfaction.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
  10. Assist with setup and installation of new systems and applications.
