Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Technician to join the team at Dave & Buster’s! In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our restaurants’ operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for problem solving. If you are up for the challenge, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of two years of experience in IT support or a related field. You must also have a strong working knowledge of software, hardware, and networking systems. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot technical problems related to Dave & Buster's operations.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of software, hardware, and networking systems.
  4. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues.
  6. Maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  7. Monitor and maintain system performance.
  8. Keep abreast of new technologies and updates to existing systems.
  9. Ensure that all systems are running efficiently and securely.
  10. Follow established policies and procedures for resolving technical issues.
