Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the technical operations of restaurant equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Troubleshoot technical problems when they arise and provide timely solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide technical support and guidance to staff and customers.
  4. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of hardware and software systems used in the restaurant.
  5. Identify areas where technical systems could be improved and recommend solutions.
  6. Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  7. Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations.
  8. Ensure all technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  9. Work closely with the IT department to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
  10. Create reports and submit them to the appropriate parties.
