We are excited to announce an opening for a Support Technician here at Dave & Buster's! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for technology and a commitment to providing great customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.We are seeking a Support Technician who is both knowledgeable and personable, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management alike. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of technical support experience, as well as a working knowledge of various hardware and software technologies.If you are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, customer-focused team, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities of a Support Technician:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Utilize remote access tools to access and configure customer systems
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Install and configure hardware and software applications
  • Train customers on the use of hardware and software applications
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with other technicians, management, and teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
