- Coordinate and facilitate social events, activities, and games for guests at Dave & Buster's.
- Create unforgettable experiences for guests by providing exceptional customer service.
- Plan and organize various events and activities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist guests with selecting and booking events and activities, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with guests and promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep up-to-date with current events and trends in order to provide unique and engaging experiences for guests.
- Handle any guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively promote and market events and activities to guests.
- Work closely with the management team to develop new and exciting event ideas and concepts.
- Keep track of event attendance and gather feedback from guests to continuously improve and enhance the social bay experience.
- Ensure all events and activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in setting up and decorating event spaces, as well as cleaning and organizing afterwards.
- Manage inventory and supplies for events and activities, and make necessary orders to maintain stock levels.
- Provide support to other areas of the venue as needed, such as assisting with guest check-ins or serving food and beverages.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Social Bay Concierge At Dave & Buster's Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests And Colleagues.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Hospitality Is Preferred For This Role, As The Social Bay Concierge Will Be Responsible For Providing Exceptional Service To Guests.
Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Various Social Media Platforms, Including Facebook, Instagram, And Twitter, To Effectively Promote Events And Engage With Customers Online.
Organizational Skills: As A Social Bay Concierge, One Must Be Able To Multitask And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously While Maintaining A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
