Service Support - Busser

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Support - Busser to join our team at Dave & Buster's! This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a fun and memorable experience for each guest that visits our establishment. The ideal candidate is a team player, has a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. They should also be detail-oriented and reliable to ensure that our guests are having the best experience possible.To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly personality and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and providing excellent customer service.Required Qualifications:• At least 18 years of age• Previous experience in the restaurant industry• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong customer service skills• Ability to multi-task and prioritize• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with exceptional customer service • Set tables with tableware and other necessary items • Ensure that the dining area is clean and tidy throughout the shift • Assist servers with delivery and clearing of food and drinks • Ensure that the restaurant's cleanliness and safety standards are met • Refill beverages promptly as needed • Assist with dishwashing and other cleaning duties as needed • Follow all health and safety regulations • Report any guest complaints or issues to management • Assist with food preparation when necessary • Assist with closing duties such as restocking, cleaning, and resetting tables
