At Dave & Buster's, we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Service Support - Bussers to join our team. This position entails providing exceptional customer service to our guests as well as ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant. As a Service Support - Busser, you will be a key part of creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.The ideal candidate for this position will have an upbeat and friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think quickly on their feet. We are looking for someone who is reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.If you think you have the qualities we seek and are dedicated to helping us provide an unforgettable experience to our guests, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  2. Ensure that the dining room is kept clean and organized at all times
  3. Clear tables and clean dishes to maintain a neat and inviting atmosphere
  4. Assist servers in providing customers with an exceptional dining experience
  5. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  6. Assist with the preparation of food and drinks for guests
  7. Inform customers of daily specials and promotions
  8. Stock and restock service areas with necessary supplies
  9. Follow all health and safety regulations
  10. Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are in working order
