Service Support - Busser

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Service Support - Busser to join the team at Dave & Buster's and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience! You'll be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all guests and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant and dining areas.The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and provide prompt and attentive service • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and dining areas • Set up and maintain dining areas including tables and chairs • Clear and reset tables in a timely manner • Communicate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure efficient service • Ensure that all food items are served as per the restaurant standards • Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service • Assist guests with any questions or requests • Ensure all areas are kept clean and sanitary • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations • Comply with all company policies and procedures
