Service Support - Busser

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their needs promptly and professionally.
2. Set up dining areas and service stations before, during, and after meal service.
3. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
4. Restock service stations, including utensils, plates, napkins, and condiments.
5. Clean and sanitize the dining area and tables after each meal service.
6. Assist servers with food and drink orders as needed.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols as outlined by the restaurant.
8. Assist with side work and other tasks as assigned by the management team.
9. Remain flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
10. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. when necessary.
