- Operate and maintain all gaming equipment and attractions to ensure they are functioning properly and safely for guests to use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions with games and attractions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all gaming equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Train and mentor junior games technicians on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming technology trends and advancements to provide the best gaming experience for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate repair and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime for games and attractions.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and submit orders as needed.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on games and attractions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations while operating and maintaining gaming equipment.
- Communicate effectively with guests and provide exceptional customer service when addressing any technical issues or concerns.
- Assist with the installation and set-up of new games and attractions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role In The Arcade Or Entertainment Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Arcade Games, Including Troubleshooting And Repair Techniques.
Ability To Manage And Train A Team Of Game Technicians And Maintain A Positive Working Environment.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints Effectively.
Proficient In Using Computer-Based Inventory And Maintenance Systems To Track Game Inventory And Schedule Regular Maintenance.
