
Senior Games Technician

As the Senior Games Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all arcade games, as well as training and mentoring junior technicians. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on arcade games to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Monitor game performance and regularly conduct preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on proper troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of parts and tools for game repairs.
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members to report game issues and provide updates on repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by promptly addressing game issues and ensuring a fun and seamless gaming experience.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Stay up-to-date on new arcade game technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for game upgrades and replacements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that all games are in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage and guest services, to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Assist with scheduling and managing the work of other technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of all games.
- Keep detailed records of game repairs and maintenance, as well as track and report any recurring issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to fellow technicians.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Arcade Game Maintenance And Repair.
Strong Knowledge Of Electronic, Mechanical, And Computer Systems.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Technicians.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, To Accommodate The Busy Schedule Of A Gaming Facility.
