Senior Games Technician

7. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by promptly addressing game issues and ensuring a fun and seamless gaming experience.
8. Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Stay up-to-date on new arcade game technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for game upgrades and replacements.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that all games are in compliance with safety regulations.
11. Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage and guest services, to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable experience for guests.
12. Assist with scheduling and managing the work of other technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of all games.
13. Keep detailed records of game repairs and maintenance, as well as track and report any recurring issues.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintain a clean and organized work area.
15. Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to fellow technicians.
