- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on all gaming equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with games and quickly resolve them to minimize downtime.
- Repair and replace parts on gaming equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on games.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Train and mentor junior games technicians on proper maintenance and repair procedures.
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members about any issues or concerns with gaming equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any guest concerns or questions related to gaming equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of games.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in gaming technology.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of gaming equipment for special events or promotions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of games, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
- Take ownership of the overall appearance and functionality of the game room, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting for guests.
- Remain flexible and willing to assist with other duties as assigned by management.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Or Maintenance Role Within The Amusement Or Gaming Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Arcade Games, Including Troubleshooting And Repair Of Various Game Components.
Familiarity With Electrical And Mechanical Systems, As Well As The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Diagrams And Manuals.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, As The Role Involves Interacting With Guests And Addressing Any Technical Issues They May Have.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
