1. Maintain and repair all arcade games to ensure they are in top working condition for our guests' enjoyment.
2. Oversee a team of Games Technicians and provide guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards of service.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime of games.
4. Keep accurate records of game maintenance and repairs for inventory and billing purposes.
5. Conduct regular inspections of games to identify any potential issues and address them proactively.
6. Stay updated on new games and technologies in the industry and make recommendations for their implementation.
7. Work closely with other departments, such as the management team and event coordinators, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the game repair workshop, to meet safety and health standards.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns related to games.
10. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of guests and team members.
11. Train and onboard new Games Technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
12. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies to improve game performance and guest satisfaction.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to game maintenance and repair.
