Look no further, Dave & Buster's is seeking a Senior Games Technician to join our team! As the Senior Games Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all arcade games and attractions. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of arcade games, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a knack for keeping games running at their best, we want to hear from you!

  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all arcade games and attractions.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with games and equipment.
  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all games and attractions.
  4. Train and oversee junior technicians in game maintenance and troubleshooting.
  5. Keep inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
  6. Ensure all games and attractions are clean and presentable for guests.
  7. Collaborate with management to develop new game strategies and promotions.
  8. Monitor and track game performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in arcade game technology.
  10. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  11. Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding game maintenance and repairs.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  13. Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any technical issues.
  14. Keep detailed records of game maintenance and repair history.
  15. Assist with setting up and testing new games and attractions.
