Senior Games Technician

We are looking for a Senior Games Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster's! As a Senior Games Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing all the games in the store. You must have strong technical and customer service skills as you will be interacting with customers on a regular basis.To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be comfortable working with hand tools and power tools. You must also have a comprehensive understanding of electrical and electronic components and circuits. Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all games in the store.

5. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and work independently.
6. Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers.
7. Ensure that all repairs are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
8. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times.
9. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
10. Assist customers in understanding how to play the games.
