Senior Games Technician

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Senior Games Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster's! We are a fun and fast-paced environment that strives to provide our guests with the best entertainment experience imaginable. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all games in the facility.To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in a similar role, be able to work on tight deadlines, and have excellent customer service skills. A technical certification is a plus. 1. Diagnose and repair all games in the facility, ensuring they are functioning properly and up to safety standards.
2. Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and offer solutions to the customer regarding their gaming experience.
3. Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools needed for repairs.
4. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
5. Follow all safety procedures when working with electrical equipment, tools, and machinery.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest gaming technology and industry trends.
8. Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management.
9. Work within tight deadlines to ensure all repairs are completed on time.
10. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
