- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, customer satisfaction, and staff management.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and other restaurant staff members.
- Develop and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels and costs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Handle and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain open communication with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent service standards and promote team development.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall dining experience.
- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, costs, and guest feedback, and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial goals.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the menu, promotions, and events to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
- Manage and adhere to budgetary guidelines, including labor and food costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and initiatives to constantly improve the dining experience.
- Uphold company values and standards, and lead by example to inspire and motivate the team.
Extensive Experience In The Restaurant Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Success.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Other Stakeholders In A Professional And Positive Manner.
Knowledge Of Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Cost Control, And Profit Optimization.
Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations And Make Quick, Effective Decisions To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Restaurant.
