- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service for guests.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Create and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty, including monitoring and responding to online reviews and feedback.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory levels, including food and beverage supplies, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in food and beverage preparation and service.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, taking into consideration guest preferences, seasonal availability, and cost.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to meet financial targets.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, making suggestions for improvements and innovations to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other department managers, such as the game room and event managers, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable overall experience for guests.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Act as a role model for staff, demonstrating professionalism, excellent customer service, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Other duties as assigned by upper management.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A High-Volume, Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Staff Members.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Conflicts.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Inventory Management And Cost Control.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays, As Well As The Ability To Multitask And Handle A High-Stress Environment.
