Front Desk Host

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Host to join the team at Dave & Buster's! As the first impression of our establishment, the Front Desk Host is the face of Dave & Buster's and must maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while delivering excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have the required qualifications and be excited to be part of the Dave & Buster's team.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
3. Answer phone calls and inquiries from guests.
4. Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and any other needs.
5. Ensure all guests are checked in and seated in a timely manner.
6. Monitor the lobby and entrance areas to ensure a safe and clean environment.
7. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
8. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
