- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with reservations and seating arrangements.

- Keep up-to-date with menu items and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to create a safe environment for guests and team members.

Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Constant Interaction With Guests And Team Members, So Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.
Customer Service Experience: Dave & Buster's Is A Customer-Focused Environment, So Having Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable.
Knowledge Of Pos Systems: As A Front Desk/Host, You Will Be Responsible For Processing Payments And Managing Reservations, So Familiarity With Point-Of-Sale Systems Is Important.
Ability To Multitask: This Role Requires Juggling Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities, Such As Greeting Guests, Answering Phone Calls, And Managing Reservations, So The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Is Crucial.
