Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Provide customers with accurate information regarding our establishment • Answer phone inquiries and provide customers with assistance • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner • Process customer payments • Maintain a neat and organized work area • Assist management in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the establishment • Monitor and ensure the security of the front desk area • Assist in other areas of the establishment when needed • Other duties as assigned
