Customer Service Experience: This Position Requires Prior Experience In Customer Service, As The Front Desk/Host Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Guests And Must Provide A Welcoming And Positive Experience.
Organizational Skills: The Ability To Multitask And Stay Organized Is Crucial In A Fast-Paced Environment Like Dave & Buster's. The Front Desk/Host Will Be Responsible For Managing Reservations, Seating Guests, And Assisting With Various Tasks Throughout The Day.
Knowledge Of Pos Systems: Familiarity With Point-Of-Sale Systems Is Beneficial For A Front Desk/Host At Dave & Buster's. This Will Allow Them To Efficiently Process Payments, Manage Tabs, And Handle Any Technical Issues That May Arise.
