- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter Dave & Buster's.
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, answering questions and providing information about the company, services, and products.
- Handle reservations and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.
- Monitor guest flow and ensure a smooth check-in and seating process.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Upsell and promote various products and services to guests, such as game cards, food and beverage specials, and events.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Maintain knowledge of all Dave & Buster's offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to guests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, creating a positive and memorable experience for each and every one.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions.
