1. Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter Dave & Buster's.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for guests, answering questions and providing information about the company, services, and products.
3. Handle reservations and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
4. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
5. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.
6. Monitor guest flow and ensure a smooth check-in and seating process.
7. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
8. Upsell and promote various products and services to guests, such as game cards, food and beverage specials, and events.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
10. Maintain knowledge of all Dave & Buster's offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to guests.
11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
13. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, creating a positive and memorable experience for each and every one.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions.
