3. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
4. Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and event planning.
5. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area at all times.
6. Monitor and manage guest wait times, ensuring efficient seating and timely service.
7. Handle guest complaints and concerns with patience, empathy, and a focus on finding a resolution.
