Front Desk Host

Welcome to Dave & Buster’s! We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic Front Desk Host to join our team and provide great guest service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating an engaging atmosphere.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and energetic attitude. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests upon their arrival and provide them with a positive and engaging experience.
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Ensure that all guests are checked in properly and their orders are taken accurately.
4. Maintain a clean and organized front lobby area.
5. Handle cash and credit card transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
6. Monitor the entrance, main lobby, and the restaurant for any suspicious activity.
7. Assist restaurant staff with seating guests and resolving any customer service issues.
8. Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory control.
9. Answer incoming calls and ensure all messages are relayed promptly.
10. Assist with any other duties as assigned.
