Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Answer phone calls and take messages
• Monitor and maintain the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized
• Provide detailed information about Dave & Buster's services, products, and events
• Assist with reservations, seating guests, and other tasks as needed
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure all guests have a positive experience
• Process payments and take payments for services
• Follow all safety and security guidelines
• Monitor the lobby area and ensure it is safe and secure
• Update customer records and create new customer profiles as needed
