Front Desk Host

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Front Desk Host for Dave & Buster's to help create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for our guests. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. We are looking for someone who is organized and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist guests with any inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
3. Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean and presentable.
4. Monitor guest arrivals and departures.
5. Process reservations and transactions accurately.
6. Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
7. Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dave & Buster's products and services.
9. Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
10. Monitor the front desk area and ensure it is well-stocked with supplies.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
