Front Desk Host

We are looking for a vibrant, hospitable, and passionate Front Desk Host to join our team at Dave & Buster's! As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Host sets the tone for our guests' entire experience. You will be responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional experience by making sure they feel welcomed and respected. If you have a friendly demeanor, great customer service skills, and a passion for making every guest feel like a VIP, this position is perfect for you!To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You must also have the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities: • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they have an outstanding experience throughout their visit • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner • Provide accurate information to guests about the restaurant, its menu, and services • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner • Assist guests with their orders and ensure that all orders are accurate • Monitor the restaurant for cleanliness and tidiness • Maintain the front desk area and ensure that it is neat and organized • Ensure that all guests are aware of any special offers or discounts • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends • Other duties as assigned
