Are you friendly, outgoing, and looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment? Dave & Buster's is currently looking for a Front Desk Host to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while checking guests in to the restaurant and providing them with a positive first impression of Dave & Buster's.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and be comfortable handling cash. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide them with a positive first impression of Dave & Buster's.
  2. Check guests in to the restaurant and provide them with menus, wait times, and any other information they may need.
  3. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  5. Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  8. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with all customers.
  9. Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service principles.
  10. Work effectively in a team environment.
