Front Desk Host

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Host at Dave & Buster's! As a Front Desk Host, you'll be the first point of contact and the face of the restaurant, providing a memorable experience for all of our guests. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. You should also be comfortable working with a variety of technology, including point-of-sale systems and digital ordering systems.We believe in creating a team environment where all of our employees can thrive. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to Dave & Buster's.
2. Process customer orders using point-of-sale systems and digital ordering systems.
3. Handle customer inquiries related to restaurant services and facilities.
4. Assist customers with reservations, game and event bookings, and other activities.
5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and respond to customer feedback.
6. Monitor the front desk area for cleanliness and organization.
7. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
8. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
9. Work with the team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned.
