Front Desk Host

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly individual with exceptional customer service skills and an outgoing personality to join our team.To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be able to think quickly and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of restaurant experience, preferably in a customer service role, and be able to commit to working a flexible schedule. Responsibilities: •Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival •Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information •Handle customer complaints and offer appropriate solutions •Ensure that customer service standards are met •Maintain a clean and organized reception area •Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes •Resolve any billing and payment issues in a professional manner •Process reservations and take-out orders •Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service •Perform other duties as assigned
