Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Manage reservations and ensure all guests are seated promptly. • Assist with special events, including setting up tables and chairs and providing customer service. • Provide excellent customer service and hospitality. • Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and helping to resolve customer issues. • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Work well with a team and be able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Remain up-to-date on current specials and promotions. • Work nights and weekends as needed.
