Front Desk Host

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Front Desk Host to join the Dave & Buster's team! Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and a fun-loving, outgoing personality. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for our guests. If you’re an organized and dedicated professional with an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, proven customer service experience, and the ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a friendly and outgoing demeanor, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Being comfortable with technology and having cash handling experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities: • Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction • Answer questions and address concerns in a timely manner • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable • Process payments and issue receipts • Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift • Maintain a log of guest requests and inquiries • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed accurately • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
